Athletics
Athletics was exciting but scary at the same time, because you do all sorts of sports even if don't want to do them. I loved sprints. I got 11 seconds and it has been my favourite every year. I was really excited because on the 200 metres I came first overall because it took me 45 seconds to finish and I got the finishing sprint.

It's a holdup
Just a couple of bandits on a gravel road, standing our ground, chanting our chant, as a huge army of horses rumbles like a hurricane towards us. The horses continue to come. My head is down so my hat covers my eyes. I raise my arm. Bam! I shoot a bullet. The horses rear and stop. My head is up. No cowgirl in the west was going to end my life when I have a taste for gold, and it is right in front of me.
Our fearless leader comes. She is on Thunder the horse. His hair is as white as snow and he is the worst horse in the west. Cass, our leader, has handcuffs that she has stolen from the sheriff. She handcuffs their leader,
“Get off, now!”’ demands Cass. She pick-pockets all of his money, as I go to the other 49 riders and raid all of their money. I also tie them up and give them to chief bandit Cass. She groups them all together with their chief. As we are doing that the other bandits whack the sides of the horses and they run away. We gather up all of the money in a hat. Just as we are about to count the money, we hear the sound of the sheriff.
“Hey cowgirl and cowboy bandits! Men, after them!”
I run. ‘Wait, I forgot the money.’ I leap, grab it, and disappear into the bushes, just as the sheriff’s men swarm everywhere.
I find my gang and Cass whispers to me,
“That's the spirit, saving the money. Come on, let's count it and share it out,”
“1,999, 2,000…”
I’ve got more money than I could ever imagine.
